Volunteer Photo Permission

Holy Trinity may wish to use your photograph for the following purposes.

Internal use - in our church database.
Within the church family - in the Church Address Book (online, and only accessible by logged in members)
For publicity purposes, images may be sent out to the media with a press release, used in internal or external publications, or appear on our website.

We need your permission before we take or use any photographs.
If you are happy to give your permission, indicate in each category below.
